Located in the the heart of the Streeterville Medical District in Chicago, near the Northwestern Medical Campus, this team project intended to redesign the Shirley Ryan
AbilityLab based off the original written proposal given for the building by the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Of note are the double-leveled physical therapy labs, the elevated sky garden, and the dual concrete/steel structure. This project was done with a six person team, myself included, with my responsibilities being the first floor plan and helping design the building core.
